This multi-family home is inspired by a contemporary pattern of fixed grit. The grit runs along all facades and features a different material choice compared to the recessed areas of the façade. 

 

Our material selection is carefully aligned with the surroundings. The choice of facade brick brings the green character of the environment to life. For us, it's not just about aesthetics but also functionality.

 

The grit not only determines the appearance but also the size of the sliding windows in the façade. This clever design hides the transitions between the windows behind white piers, resulting in a simple and modern whole.
