HOUSE DRC - Bornem

 

This family home is located within walking distance of Hingene Castle and alongside a riverbank. Inspired by the green character of the surroundings and the presence of numerous deciduous trees along the Scheldt River, we have chosen to clad this three-sided home entirely in hardwood.

 

By consistently applying the same facade material, the house achieves a subtle and understated appearance. The combination of wood and black window frames creates an attractive facade structure.

Inside the house, the emphasis is on natural light. We have created openings to maximize the entry of light and incorporated a patio to create long sightlines.
